What is the first memory of disliking your Body? Who was involved and how did you fell at the time?
How has society, social media, beauty standards, ect impacted your view of your self?
Think of a time when you felt really proud of your self/body. What was happening? How did you feel?
List 100 thing you like about yourself. This may take a while, even days. They do not have to be body related. Just list as many thinks that you like/love/are proud of about yourself as you can.
Do you feel like you need to make a change to you body before you love it? Why?
Write a timeline of everything your body has gone through, surrived or done. (Example: physcial abuse as a child, child birth at 30, breast feeding, etc).
Write a graditude list. Write a list of eveything your body has done or allowed you to do in your life time.
Wrtie a letter to your younger self. What would you say about your body and body image? What would some of your accomplishments be?
What is keeping you from loving and appreciating your body? Is it diet culture, social media, comments from friend or family?
Imagine you life when you have made peace with your body. How do you feel? How do you spend time with your body? how do you feed and move your body? Write like it has already happened.
