For as long as I can remember, I have been a seeker of natural wisdom. My journey as a Spiritual Life Coach is built upon a lifetime of studying the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and spirit. By integrating the gentle energy of Reiki, the stillness of meditation, the botanical power of herbology, and the transformative frequencies of sound and movement, I offer a truly “whole health” experience.
