  1. Walk Barefoot in Nature: Spend time outdoors, especially in natural settings like parks, forests, or the beach. Feel the earth beneath your feet, and let the energy of the ground flow through you. Walking barefoot on grass, sand, or soil can be particularly grounding.
  2. Lay on the Earth: Lie down on the ground, whether it’s grass, sand, or even your backyard. Imagine roots extending from your body into the earth, anchoring you and allowing excess energy to dissipate.
