We’ve all heard that it’s important to be mindful and aware of our breathing. But how many of us actually take the time to think about and tune into the way we’re breathing?

We’ve created a poll to get an idea of how often people are consciously aware of their breathing.

Breathing is an essential part of life, but it’s often automatic and done unconsciously. That’s why it’s important to be aware of the quality of our breathing and to make sure we’re taking deep breaths that help oxygenate our bodies.
