The 4-Week “Rescue & Reset” for the Spiritually Exhausted.
Are you living your life, or just reacting to it?
You’ve achieved the success you worked for, but the “inner noise” hasn’t quieted down. Instead, you find yourself trapped in repetitive mental loops—anxiety about the future, resentment about the past, or the persistent feeling that you are “not enough.”
The Soul Spark is not a deep-dive retreat or a year-long commitment. It is a 4-week intensive circuit-breaker designed to pull you out of survival mode and return you to your center.
This is where we stop the spin and start the “Great Unlearning.”
Features
"High-Impact, Low-Friction" entry point into spiritual mindset work.
A 4-week intensive structure focused on "Rescue and Reset."
A structured methodology for identifying the "Big Three" mental loops (Anxiety, Self-Doubt, Resentment).
Integration of concepts like the Default Mode Network (DMN) and Nervous System Regulation alongside spiritual principles like Self-Transcendence.
A 4-step grounding technique (Sensory, Breath, Visualization, Affirmation) that requires no equipment and zero privacy.
Weekly 60-minute deep-dive sessions combined with "In-the-Moment" support (Phone/Email).
A customized, 5-minute daily devotional/ritual tailored to the client’s specific schedule and personality.
Target audiences
Professionals, Entrepreneurs, Executives, or high-level Creatives
You are high-functioning and reliable. From the outside, your life looks great—good career, nice home, active social life.
You feel like they are living in a "survival mindset." Constantly "on," reacting to emails, managing expectations, and feeling the weight of responsibility. You describe yourself as "tired in your soul," not just physically tired.
You have checked all the boxes (degree, job, relationship, status) but are frustrated that the promised "peace" hasn't arrived.
You highly intelligent, but that intelligence has become a weapon against them. You over-analyze everything, replay past mistakes (The "Should Have" Loop), and worry about the future (The "What If" Loop).
You are "spiritual but not religious." You might find traditional religion too rigid, but find mainstream "wellness" (like just drinking green juice or doing 5 minutes of yoga) too shallow. You want something science-backed yet deeply soulful.
The person who has mastered the external world but is currently a prisoner to their own mind.
Requirements
A commitment to one 60-minute session per week for four consecutive weeks.
At least 5–10 minutes a day for the "Spark Exercises" (The Thought Log and The 5-Minute Divine Reset).
Access to a stable internet connection and a private space for Zoom or Google Meet sessions.
A dedicated physical journal or a digital note-taking app specifically for your Awareness Audit tallies and reflections.
Radical Honesty: A willingness to look at your mental loops without sugar-coating them. Growth starts where the ego’s "PR team" stops.
Curiosity Over Judgment: A commitment to being a "Mental Scientist." Instead of judging yourself for having negative thoughts, you must be willing to simply observe them.
Willingness to Unlearn: You must be ready to put down the "high-pressure/high-reactivity" habits that have gotten you this far but are no longer serving your peace.
Active Participation: This is not a "passive" experience. You aren't just listening to a coach; you are actively auditing your own consciousness.
No Prior Meditation Experience: You don't need to know how to sit in silence. In fact, if you struggle with meditation, you are the perfect candidate.
No "Quiet Mind": You don't need to be "zen" to start. We meet you in the middle of the noise.
No Specific Religious Belief: You don’t need to belong to any church or faith. We work with universal spiritual principles and neuroscience.
o Life Overhaul: You don’t need to quit your job or change your external circumstances. We work on the lens through which you see them.

The Awareness Audit
• Focus: You cannot change what you cannot see. This week is about becoming an observer of your own mind.
• The Lesson: Understanding the "Default Mode Network" vs. the "Spiritual Observer." We identify the top 3 recurring "mental loops" (anxiety, self-doubt, or resentment) that drain your energy.
• The Spark Exercise: The Thought Log. Every time a "loop" starts, the client makes a mark in their journal. The goal isn't to stop it yet, but to build the "awareness muscle" to say, "I am having a looping thought."
• Focus: Learning how to physically and mentally "snap out" of a downward spiral.
• The Lesson: Nervous System Regulation. We teach "The Spiritual Pause"—using physiological tools (Bilateral Stimulation or Cold Shock) and the "Cognitive Defusion" technique (shifting from "I am a failure" to "I am noticing a thought that I am a failure").
• The Spark Exercise: The 2-Minute Reset. A customized emergency protocol for when the client feels a loop starting, combining a breathwork technique with a "Sacred Anchor" word.
0
The Lens Shift
• Focus: Introducing the first pillar of a Spiritual Mindset—Meaning-Making.
• The Lesson: Shifting from "Why me?" to "What is this for?" We take one of the loops identified in Week 1 and perform a "Soul Audit." We look for the hidden lesson or the opportunity for growth hidden inside the stress.
• The Spark Exercise: The Evidence Flip. Writing down the "Evidence for the Loop" (The Lie) and then hunting for "Evidence for the Soul" (The Truth).
0
The Sacred Anchor
• Focus: Moving from "Crisis Management" to "Daily Devotion."
• The Lesson: Integration. How to carry this new awareness into daily life without the coach. We design a "Minimum Viable Morning" (MVM)—a 5-minute ritual that keeps the soul "sparked" and the mind clear.
• The Spark Exercise: The 7-Day Stillness Challenge. Committing to 5 minutes of intentional silence or "Awe-Walking" daily to cement the shift from ego to essence.

FAQs
No. While The Soul Spark is a spiritual journey, it is not tied to any specific religion or dogma. It is a framework designed to help you connect with your "Higher Self" or "Spiritual Observer." Whether you are religious, agnostic, or simply "spiritually curious," these tools are designed to work with your existing belief system, not replace it.
These FAQs are designed to address the specific hesitations of your target audience: the high-achiever who is skeptical of "fluff" and protective of their time.
Frequently Asked Questions: The Soul Spark
1. Is this a religious program?
2. I’m incredibly busy. How much time does this actually take?
We designed this specifically for people with full calendars. You will have one 60-minute coaching session per week. Outside of that, the "work" is integrated into your day. The 5-Minute Divine Reset™ and the Thought Log take only moments to perform. We don’t ask you to add hours of meditation to your plate; we teach you how to change your perspective during the things you’re already doing.
Actually, you are the perfect candidate for this. Most people "fail" at meditation because they try to stop their thoughts. In The Soul Spark, we don’t try to stop the thoughts—we change your relationship to them. We use the Awareness Audit to turn those "loud thoughts" into data. Once you learn to observe the noise instead of fighting it, the volume naturally goes down.
Standard life coaching often focuses on "doing"—setting goals, increasing productivity, and changing external habits. The Soul Spark focuses on "being." We look at the frequency and mindset behind your actions. We aren't just trying to help you get more done; we are helping you stay peaceful while you do it.
The Soul Spark is a private, 1:1 coaching experience. Because "mental loops" are highly personal and often rooted in individual history, we find that the most rapid "resets" happen in a confidential, one-on-one environment where we can tailor every tool to your specific life and career.
Upon enrollment, you receive:
4 x 60-minute private coaching sessions.
The Loop-Breaker Cheat Sheet (Digital PDF).
Custom "Spark" Audio (10-minute meditation).
Weekly Integration Workbooks for self-reflection.
Phone/Email support between sessions for "real-time" loop-breaking.
By the end of the 4 weeks, you will have a "Minimum Viable Morning" and a toolkit for maintaining your clarity. Many clients find this reset is exactly what they needed to get back on track. Others choose to transition into our 12-week signature program, The Conscious Shift, to deepen the work and tackle long-term identity transformation.
If you feel like you are "white-knuckling" your way through your success, if you’re tired of the mental chatter, or if you feel a persistent "inner ache" for something more meaningful—you are ready. You don’t need to be "zen" to start; you just need to be tired of the loop.
