I’ve lost my motivation. How do I get it back?

Motivation is a feeling, and feelings fluctuate. To get back on track, reconnect with your “Why.” Ask yourself:

  • Why did I start this journey in the first place?

  • What will my life look like in six months if I keep going?

  • What will it look like if I stop now?
    Sometimes, a 24-hour total break is the best way to let your motivation “recharge.”
