Practices for Self-Acceptance & Heart-Centered Living
Heart-centered living means making choices based on love and intuition rather than fear or societal “shoulds.” This requires radical self-acceptance—the ability to look at every part of yourself, including the messy bits, and say, “You belong here, too.”
How to live more from your heart:
- The Morning Alignment: Before checking your phone, ask your heart: “What do you need today?” Listen to the first whisper that comes up.
- Release the “Shoulds”: Write down three things you feel you “should” do. Cross them out and replace them with what feels expansive and true to your values.
- Breathwork for Acceptance: Inhale “I accept,” and exhale “I let go.”
